As a chemical engineer, I've always had an insatiable hunger for research and development of novel technologies in the extraction and isolation of herbal products. Driven by excellence, I have developed and customized many processes and moved onto the food industry with the introduction of our infused honey. I have always wanted to challenge myself to stretch my boundaries to make something out of nothing.
I always wanted to acquire a property in Dubai because, personally, there is nothing in Dubai that you cannot like: the steady economy, the organic growth of the real estate sector, and the cultural diversity, are just a few.
I started Castle and Key Real Estate in 2023 to offer clients more than just an apartment or villa, but, satisfaction. In real estate, I believe every client has a unique way of being satisfied as to what one may consider their “dream home”. I want to offer transparent, customer-centric, sustainable, and high-yielding real estate options which render clients “satisfied”. Dubai is so diversified and huge in real estate offerings, that it may get very tricky finding the right choice. Dubai could really spoil you with options. This is where our team comes in, we take that extra time to understand our clients' needs and then propose the best selection. My journey into property investments has not been so clear to me when I first stepped foot into the Emirates, but it was when the potential of the market unfolded before my eyes that I asked myself, why wouldn't I take up space in one of Dubai's most phenomenal industries?
Driven by an insatiable curiosity and determination, I soaked in every bit of knowledge the market had to offer me and thankfully my dedication didn't go unnoticed. As I mastered its intricacies, I was blessed to scale the corporate ranks. Years passed, and I met some great talents I never knew would play a huge role in my ascend. Armed with a keen understanding of market dynamics and an innate ability to connect with people, I decided it was time to forge my own path.
With a bold spirit, I launched Castle and Key Real Estate in partnership with Surya Avva, one of my investors, with a commitment to transparency and client satisfaction.
